Searcy Water — deployment spike
Confirms a Next.js standalone build runs under Passenger on cPanel and can reach PostgreSQL and a persistent disk. Throwaway; delete once the real app deploys.
20.20.2 meets Next 16's requirement of >=20.9.0, but Node 20 reached end of life in April 2026 and no longer receives security patches. Ask the host when 22 or 24 will be available.
